Biografia
Professor, since 2017, been in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at the School of Business Administration of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (ESCE/IPS), Portugal. Liliana has a PhD in Social Sciences with a specialty in Organizational Behavior from the ISCSP, University of Lisbon, Portugal.
She has a master’s degree, too, in Psychology from the Psychology Faculty, University of Lisbon. Liliana is a member of RESILIENCE – Centre for Regional Resilience and Sustainability and Center for Administration and Public Policy.
As a researcher, she has dedicated herself to the areas of Organizational Behavior, HRM, Psychology, and Mental Health.
She publishes scientific articles in national and international magazines, regularly gives communications at scientific conferences, and participates in books in the areas of psychology, sport, and entrepreneurship. She is also a reviewer in journals indexed to SCOPUS and international conferences.
