Care4you – improving soft skills of seniors’ caregivers

This project aimed to provide young people who want to work as caregivers for the elderly, or who are already in this profession, with tools to improve their skills. It also sought to increase the efficiency and attractiveness of caregiver education by highlighting best practices in the area of non-standardized methods of education and training for elderly caregivers. Additionally, it aimed to raise awareness among young people about the educational path and formal requirements for working as a caregiver for the elderly in various EU countries.
