This project aims to enhance the maturity, cyber-resilience, data protection, and information security of public and private organizations (particularly small and medium-sized enterprises) and their human resources, aligning with the goals of the current and future National Strategy for Cyberspace Security (ENSC). To achieve this, Ciber4ALL will develop and provide tailored guidelines to entities, advising them on best practices, training organizations and their staff in risk reduction, identifying failures and their impacts, and preventing incidents. It will act as a bridge and facilitator with CAcademy and the Digital Innovation Hub – C-HUB, offering guidance on legal and certification compliance.
Ciber4ALL will also provide second-line support, under the coordination of CERT-PT (Computer Emergency Response Team – Portugal), for incident analysis and response, as well as forensic analysis for organizations. Additionally, it will foster cooperation and sharing activities between organizations and produce guidelines for identifying funding sources at national and European levels, offering advice and technical support for preparing project applications aimed at improving cybersecurity and information security maturity.
This consortium comprises four entities: the University Education Cooperative – Autonomous University of Lisbon (CEU-UAL), the Municipality of Oeiras (CMO), the Portuguese Industrial Association (AIP), and the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS). Each entity will host a project operating hub, based at CMO.
