Continuous Development Training for Smart Open Networks Development Acceleration

This project aims to improve the quality, efficiency and access to higher education and equivalent, with a view to increasing levels of participation and qualifications, particularly for disadvantaged people, in order to increase the number of higher education graduates, improve the quality of offers and reinforce their orientation towards the needs of the labor market.
The general objectives of this application are:
• Objective 1 - to promote greater digitalization of teaching, as well as to increase the innovation of pedagogical practices, thus improving the quality of learning for IPS students;
• Objective 2 - increase the transfer of knowledge and technology to the market and improve the research process;
• Objective 3 - improve the quality of employability of IPS students, developing the skills most valued by employers, and create training offers adapted to the territory of the Alentejo Litoral, further promoting the relationship with the Alumni.

To these three objectives is added the management of the CDT4SONDA2026 project, whose aim is to ensure its correct implementation and dissemination.
