Pedagogical Innovation, Continuous Teacher Training, and other education and training agents - DEMOLA Methodology

This Project aims to train teachers in Polytechnic Education and Professional Technical Schools in innovative teaching methodologies, encouraging partnerships with institutions and companies in the region with technical-pedagogical resources. It uses co-creation and design thinking processes, focused on finding solutions to challenges that different social organizations (companies, public sector and third sector organizations) may face.
