Biography
Silviano Francisco Santos Rafael holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering by Nova University of Lisbon (2010). He is a Professor at Polytechnic University of Setúbal. He has published several journals articles and conferences papers in the areas of Electrical Engineering and Engineering Education. He has interacted with more than 26 collaborators in co-authoring scientific works.
