The main objective of this project is the creation of a standardized performance assessment system that allows the quantification of the efficiency of the use of water and energy in the primary and secondary networks (i.e., transport and distribution) of the Hydroagricultural Developments. This system, made up of a set of specific metrics, will improve the efficiency of the use of water and energy and support the Management Entities (GE) in planned and sustained decision-making.
