RESILIENCE promotes talk on AI tools in scientific research with Karla Menezes

On July 18, 2024, at 2:30 PM, RESILIENCE - Center for Regional Resilience and Sustainability will host a talk titled "AI Tools in Scientific Research: Potential and Practices" with Karla Menezes.

Karla Menezes, coordinator of the Marketing degree at ESCE-IPS and Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, will explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in scientific research. She is a reviewer for Springer Nature Group and a Strategic Partner of Kotler Impact, with a strong academic background in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Neuromarketing.

With a Master's in Marketing and Consumer Behavior, Karla Menezes specializes in Neuromarketing, Consumer Neuroscience, and Consumer Psychology and Sociology, fields in which she conducts scientific research. She is also the author of the book "Neuro Marketing: Science, Behavior, and Market" and several scientific articles and book chapters published internationally.

In addition to her research, Karla Menezes has a parallel career in education, particularly in applied technologies and active learning methodologies for distance education, focusing on Artificial Intelligence in teaching and research.
