Biography
Júlia Maria da Rocha Vilaverde Justino holds a PhD in Mathematics, specialising in Algebra and Logic, from the University of Évora (2013) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Lisbon (1999). She is a lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal – Polytechnic University, in the Department of Mathematics at the Higher Technical School of Setúbal, a member of the Centre for Research in Mathematics and Applications (CIMA) and a member of the Centre for Marine and Environmental Sciences (MARE). She has published several articles in journals, book chapters and at international conferences in the fields of Mathematics and Engineering Education.
